• Undertake a Economic Analysis of the Project road using HDM4 System
• Conduct consultative meetings with key leaders, informers and communities in the project areas
and establishing their views on the project.
• Identification, Analysis and Assessment of positive and negative social impacts of the
proposed project to the communities.
• Identify and Propose Social Impact Mitigation Plan/Measures.
• Review HIV/AIDS Awareness and Prevention programme and Social Management Plan
• Recommend plans for monitoring the implementation of mitigation measures.
